灭火战斗评价体系建设探讨

灭火战斗评价旨在分析灭火战斗得失，发扬好的经验和做法，找出存在问题和改进方向，提高消防部队各级指挥员组织指挥水平和灭火作战能力。消防部队当前采用的灭火战斗评价主要是定性评价方法，缺乏定量评价标准，导致评价结果主观性过大，客观性不足。通过分析当前灭火战斗评价存在的问题，对灭火战斗评价体系建设进行探讨。

The Assessment to A New Firefighting Assessing System

Fire fighting assessment plays an essential role in a fire rescuing, which aims at weighing the gain and loss, making the most of the beneficial experience and measures, figuring out solutions to the current problems, and then proceeding the improvement of conducting and organizing ability required in fire commanders at all levels, The current assessing system appears less objective in my opinion, because it mainly relies on the quality rather than quantity based mode, resulting in lack of a standard for quantity analysis. This paper discusses the weaknesses of current assessing system and tries to explore efficient ways to set up a new one.
