基于有限元法的脉冲负载下高弹联轴器轴向力计算方法

摘    要:以应用于脉冲柴油机发电机组中的高弹联轴器为研究对象,利用CATIA建立高弹联轴器的三维模型导入到Hyper Mesh中进行有限元网格划分,再将其有限元模型导入ANSYS中进行仿真分析,模拟其橡胶块在脉冲负载作用下的动态性能,对高弹联轴器在柴油机输出扭矩和脉冲负载同时作用时产生的轴向力进行仿真计算。结果表明:高弹联轴器在该工况下产生的轴向力较大,并且橡胶块在受交变应力作用时产生多应力集中点。仿真结果与Rivlin经典理论计算结果有较好的一致性,可为消磁舰船动力装置、消磁电站发电机组等场合下的弹性联轴器的选型设计提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the elastic coupling in the pulse-diesel generating set,the accurate 3D models were established and then imported to Hyper Mesh.Finally,ANSYS was used for the simulation of the dynamical performances of elastic coupling under impulse load and for the analysis of the axial force with the effect of engine torque and impulse load at the same time.The results show that under this working condition the elastic coupling produces larger axial force and more concentrative spots of stress and that the simulated result agrees well with the calculated result by Rivlin classical theory.This method used can provide a theoretic reference for the choice and design of an elastic coupling used for a degauss power plant or degauss pulse-diesel generating set,etc.
