水平度校准方法研究

摘    要:舰船指向设备水平度校准存在需要拆装单机、基座现场加工困难、加工精度要求高、平时无法重调等难题,一直是设备安装和系统联调的瓶颈工序。针对提升水平度校准能力的需求,提出和研究了水平度校准的动态机械补偿方法,并给出校准的机械结构方案、补偿公式和校准参数计算方法,应用此方法可以克服水平度校准中一直存在的困难。

Abstract:There are many problems in level calibration for shipboard pointing device. Such as needs dismounted equipment, field processing for substrate is difficult, High precision machining is required, and no usually adjust structure, etc., that become the bottleneck process in equipment installation and joint debugging of system. Aim at the requirement of promote level calibration function, the level calibration methods using the dynamic mechanical angle compensation are proposed, the scheme of mechanical structure is described, and calibration compensation formula and the calibration parameter calculation method are discussed. The application of this method can solve the puzzle that has been existed in level calibration.
