挠度对钢丝绳弹性模量的影响

摘    要:钢丝绳被广泛地应用在油气储运工程中。弹性模量是钢丝绳的一个重要物性参数,欧洲和前苏联对该问题研究较多,他们用实验的方法得到钢丝绳弹性模量的经验计算公式。笔者引用等效弹性模量的概念,根据悬索的斜抛物线长度计算公式,从理论上推导了挠度对钢丝绳弹性模量影响的计算公式。该公式推导过程简单,且可以定量地计算挠度对钢丝绳弹性模量的影响。

Abstract:Wire ropes are widely applied in the storage and transportation projects of oil and gas. The elasticity coefficient is an important natural parameter of the wire rope, Europe and former Soviet Union have many researches about this question, through experimental methods,they obtained the calculation formula of elasticity coefficient. This article quotes the concept of equivalent elasticity coefficient and according to the length calculation formula of the hanged rope, theoretically infers the calculation formula about the amount of deflection influencing the wire rope elasticity coefficient. The process of this equation inferred not only is simple, but also can correctly compute the influence of the amount of deflection to the elasticity coefficient of the wire rope.
