| Abstract: | It brings international trend with the coming of 21st century information society and people is facing more and more change.Lifelong study is the existent concept of 21st century and the only way of the teacher's development and adapting position.The teacher's professional development is a procedure of randomizing endless change.The article talks about how the teachers develop themselves under the trend of lifelong education.It want to accelerate the teachers to build up the concept of "lifelong study". |
