| Abstract: | The establishment of the Special Marine Police Forces Units is feasibly effective route to enhancing the capability of the marine police in responding to emergencies, and combating criminal activities in near sea, especially in reaction to the terrorist attacks. Conceiving the framework should come before the construction of the forces like a guideline and clarifying the major tasks the forces may encounter in the process of law enforcement. What＇ s more, the consideration should also cover the characteristics of the special units that the units should have a good knowledge of counter - terrorism, and as well as tactics and skills training. |
