舰载电子装备综合测试诊断体系结构研究

摘    要:针对电子装备三级维护需求,结合舰载电子装备保障实践,系统地阐述了舰栽电子装备综合测试诊断工程的工作思路,分析了舰载电子装备测试性设计、测试诊断工具、电子交互式技术手册等各诊断要素设计内容,提出了现场级、中继级与基地级测试诊断系统框架,并说明了综合测试诊断技术发展趋势.

Abstract:In order to meet the three level maintenance requirements, combined with the support practice of electrical equipments, the integrated test diagnostics engineering is proposed systematically,the main design contents of the testability design, test system and interactive electronic technical manual of electrical equipments are analyzed too, the framework of the forward, immediate and depot test diagnostics systems is offered, and the technology development trend is provided.
