| 摘 要： | 针对消防部队消耗性物资经费管理普遍存在“支出总额居高不下，标准不定和经费管理困难”等问题，从规章制度和标准等方面剖析其原因，提出了高度重视消耗性物资的管理工作，合理编制消耗性物资的年度预算，建立可操作的制度和标准，科学实行定额采购卡制度等加强消耗性物资管理的几项措施。
