| Abstract: | At present, the refined management philosophy has won a support arrtong the people and it Is widely usea in all walks of life. The implementation of the fine management of public securily forces has a realistic significance. This paper, based on the actual Hangzhou security forces, makes a study of sotae beneficial explorations of the fine management security forces, hoping to provide some reference for each unit to strengthen the standardization construction. |
