潜艇兵力作战方案选优软件的设计与实现

摘    要:对联合封锁中潜艇兵力作战方案选优问题进行了研究,针对在只有一个选优指标时,人们通过比较分析法能够容易地准确判别方案优劣的特点,综合采用了改进的层次分析法、模糊综合评判等方法设计并实现了方案的选优。通过验证,该软件在应用于作战方案多目标决策等复杂系统时是适用的和可靠的,并且此软件较为简便,可操作性强。

Abstract:This paper has researched the problem of choosing optimal submarine operation scheme in the coordinated blockage,when there is an index,people can differentiate the scheme easily and nicely by the methods of comparation and analysis.The paper adopts some methods to design and implementation the software such as the ameliorated AHP,fuzzy synthetic evaluation,and so on.It is tested to be appropriate and dependable when used in the complex system,such as multiple criteria decision-making in operation scheme,and the software is simple and easy to operate.
