摘    要:免疫PCR基本原理与ELISA相似,即用一段可扩增的DNA分子代替ELISA中酶放大检出信号,建立了直接免疫PCR的检测蓖麻毒素技术,实验结果表明,其灵敏度达1pg/ml,比ELISA方法灵敏度高10^3倍.

Abstract:Immuno-PCR is basically similar to the enzyme-linked immunosobent assay which detects an antigen-antibody reaction, but instead of using an enzyme such as peroxidase or alkalinephosphatase conjugated to an antibody, a DNA fragment is used and this DNA can be amplified by probe. Ricin is detected by means of a newly established method, termed immuno-PCR. Result shows that as little as 1 pg/ml of ricin can be detected by the technique, which is 10^3 times more sensitive than ELISE parallel control.
