| 摘 要： | 在分析我军通用雷达装备质量等级划分的历史情况的基础上,依据装备的实际,从全寿命的观点出发,重点提出了进行质量等级划分和质量等级评定应考虑的要素,指出重新划分质量等级的依据,并首次提出了评定质量等级的数学模型。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the historical status of quality grade compartmentalization for our military common radar equipment,according to the equipment reality,the paper presents the elements needed to consider in the course of quality grade compartmentalization and quality grade evaluation aiming at the total life emphatically,and points out the gist for compartmentalizing the quality grade renewedly,and establishes the mathematic model of quality grade evaluation firstly. |
