非英语专业研究生英语课程的改革势在必行

大学英语教学改革的开展是非英语专业研究生英语教学改革的前提。文章分析了大学英语教学改革与非英语专业研究生英语教学现状,指出研究生英语教学的现况远滞后于社会发展的现实和研究生英语教学的需求,强调转变教学理念,改革教学方法,更新教学手段是非英语专业研究生英语课程教学改革的方向。

The Imperative Reform of Post-graduate English Course for Non-English Major

With the further development of social reform and opening to the outside world in the new century,universities in China enrolled much more graduates to meet the demands for more advanced and refined talents.It is becoming essentially important that post-graduate students should be able to communicate with others effectively in English.However,the situation for post-graduate English course for non-English major is not satisfactory for the time being.In view of that,this paper tries to point out some problems in current post-graduate English teaching for non-English major graduates and make some suggestions for the reform.
