| Abstract: | In this essay, the author presents a detailed introduction of the job categories and relevant require-
ments of United Nations Intemational Police Task Force (IPTF) in Bosnia. Meanwhile in accordance with her per-
sonal experience and the working situation of the IPTF in the mission, suggestions are given regarding the training
and management of Chinese CIVPOL officers. |
