Abstract:The performance of a combined cycle chemical engine with finite rate mass transfer and mass leak is analyzed in this paper. The relation between optimal power output and efficiency, the maximum power output and the corresponding efficiency, as well as the maximum efficiency and the corresponding power output are derived.
