| 摘 要： | 落实科学发展观,是党中央着眼于我国现代化建设的长远发展做出的重大决策。院校的科研工作,必须按照科学发展观的要求,转变思想观念,努力解决好影响科研工作上水平的“瓶颈”问题,打造有利于科研发展的坚实平台,最大限度地提高科研综合效益。
