| 摘 要： | 营造适宜的课堂心理环境，是创新教育的基本要求。它对提高教学效率，开拓学员创新思维，形成分析和解决问题的能力，会产生积极的影响。要营造这样的课堂心理环境，需要建立新型平等的师生关系，发挥教员的主导作用；把握当代青年的心理规律，体现学员的主体地位；创设积极和谐的学习氛围，实现教学相长的良性互动。

| Abstract: | To construct the suitable psychology teaching environment is the basic requirement of crecative education, which makes great influence on improving teaching efficiency, cultivating student innovative thining, and forming the ablilities of analyzing ＆ solving problem equality relationship between teacher and student and play the leading role of the teacher, to grasp psychological rules of the contemporary youth and reflect the main part status of the student, to create harmonious learning atmosphere and realize effective communication of teaching and learning. |
