| 摘 要： | 通过论述英文电影的教学意义、教学方法和为保证教学效果应注意的几个问题，提出英文电影语言生动、画面直观形象、富有感染力，可以极大地激发学生的学习兴趣，有助于提高英语听说水平和文化交际能力。将英文电影引入大学英语听说教学，应注重影片的选择及课堂上的灵活运用，使其发挥最大效用。

| Abstract: | Functions of English movies in English teaching, ways to use them and some important points deserving our attention in guaranteeing the teaching effect can find expressions in this essay. English movies, with their vivid language, colorful visual images and their unique infectiousness, can stimulate students＇ interest to a large extent, thereby elevating their speaking and listening level and cultural communication ability. To make the best of English movies in listening and speaking course, more attentions should paid to the selection of the movie and the flexible way to use them. |
