论多样化军事任务条件下新型军事指挥人才培养心理环境建设

多样化军事任务的性质对军事指挥人才培养提出了新的要求。其中对人才培养环境的研究至关重要。针对人才培养心理环境的构建，建议：塑造宽松、开放的集体心理氛围，建设军事指挥人才成长的外部心理环境；培养自信、坚韧的个体心理素质，建设军事指挥人才成长的内部心理环境；密切和谐、友爱的战友关系，搭建新型军事指挥人才发展内外心理环境的桥梁。

Construction of Psychological Environment of New Pattern Commanding Officers under the Condition of Diverse Military Missions

The character of diverse military missions advances new requirements for the cultivation of military commanding talents. In that case, the research on the cultivating environment is quite significant. Aiming at the construction of psychological environment, this paper puts forward three pieces of advice including crea- ting relaxed and opened outer psychological environment which are beneficial to the psychological health of military commanding officers, developing an inner psychological environment that are helpful to building up confident and firm mental qualities, and establishing a bridge between the inner and outer environment to produce a harmonious and friendly relationship between comrades-in-arms.
