摘    要:依据HACCP原理,分析了武警部队实行HACCP管理的可行性以及需要解决的问题,进而提出武警部队HACCP管理的方案和要求,构建武警部队基于HACCP的食品安全保障体系。

Abstract:According to the Principle of HACCP, the essay analyzes performability and the problems of HACCP management in the CAPF. Then it puts forward the plan and suggestions of the HACCP, in order to build up the Food Safety Guarantee System of the CAPF that is based on HACCP.
