| 摘 要： | 论述了装甲装备技术保障体系中信息化建设的地位、作用及特点,探讨了加速装甲装备技术保障体系信息化建设的思路和方法,从编制体制、设施设备建设、人才培养等方面,提出了建立装甲装备技术保障信息系统的具体建议,并研究了装甲装备技术保障系统的内容和系统建设的总体规划。
