我国ICF激光装置研制系统方法论解析

摘    要:按照系统科学观点,ICF激光装置应归类为复杂巨系统,具有一般复杂系统的典型特征;我国ICF激光装置研制符合典型的系统工程实践,包含系统工程方法论的一般应用,以及基于我国宏观系统环境特点的综合集成方法论的独特探索。系统方法论是这个实践的灵魂。基于战略发展需要,应建立我国ICF激光装置系统工程管理框架与规范。

Abstract:According to systems perspective and approach,ICF lasers facility should be sorted as a complex giant system. It possesses the general characteristic of a complex system. ICF lasers facility development of our country conform to typical practice about systems engineering,which contains the application about general systems methodology and unique exploration of meta-synthetic methodology based on our special macro-condition. It is the soul to apply the systems methodology.So based on demand of strategic development,we should construct systems engineering framework and standard about ICF lasers facility of our country.
