| 摘 要： | 土地革命战争时期,中华苏维埃共和国为了保障红军及其家属的权益,努力实施着国家军事社会保障职能,在法律体制、组织体制和制度体制的构建上取得了显著的成效,成为中国共产党首次领导国家政权实施军事社会保障的起源和发端。中华苏维埃共和国构建军事社会保障体制的成功经验对人民军队的发展壮大和拥军优属传统的继承和发扬有着重要的历史借鉴作用。
