焦炉煤气制氢区域事故风险预测

摘    要:为了在氢气泄漏发生的第一时间快速和较为准确地预测氢气在大气中的扩散形状和区域面积,有效地组织受影响区域人员疏散和组织救援,笔者利用ALOHA软件进行预测。该软件在考虑了日照强度、风向、风速、大气温度、湿度、释放量、泄漏状态等诸多因素的影响后,根据氢气性质利用相应的泄漏模型(如Gaussian)经过计算得出相应数据,并以图形形象地表示扩散浓度、影响范围和其他信息,帮助应急指挥人员更加有效地组织救援和疏散。

Abstract:In order to organize the evacuation of the affected people and rescue them effecti has been monitored by ALOHA software in this paper to predict the spread of the shape and vely, the hydrogen leak area about the hydrogen in the air quickly and more accurately in the first time. The corresponding leakage model (eg Gaussian) has been used in the software which based on the nature of hydrogen to obtained relevant date take into account the intensity of the sunshine, wind the direction, wind the speed, the air temperature, the humidity, the emission, the leaking state and many other factors, and the concentration of the affected areas and other information has been representation as graphical to help emergency command personnel to organize the rescue and evacuation more effectively.
