摘    要:"人性化管理"是由现代行为科学演变出来的一种新的管理概念,随着知识时代的来临,人作为知识、智慧的主体变得越来越重要,而高校是人才聚集之地,如何合理开发人的内在潜能,已成为新形势下高校人事管理部门研究的重要课题。本文分析了高校教师劳动特性并对高校教师人性化管理的问题进行了探析,对人事制度改革过程中的教师管理问题具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Human-based management is a new idea derived from modern behavioral science.Universities and colleges are the most high level educational institutions in the national educational system.and teachers in higher educational institutions are the first essential factor.This paper analyzes the current situation of higher educational management,from the perspective of the laborious characteristics of college teachers and human-based management.Then it discusses the new challenges and tasks brought to higher educational management of college teacher by the reform of personnel system.
