Digitized tank battalion is the basic tactical unit of the armored force under information-based condition.The assessment of its combat capacity has practical significance to impelling the construction of the armored force and improving the battle effectiveness.Based on grey system theory and combines the hierarchy process with the grey evaluation method,the combat capacity grey cluster assessment model of digitized tank battalion is established and the basic procedures of the model are described.Combat capacity of digitized tank battalion is assessed and the method of improving combat capacity of the digitized tank battalion is offered in the end.The result of the assessment accords comparatively with the fact of our army,which has proved the correctness of the model.
