| 摘 要： | 人格权利在婚姻家庭关系中有着重要的地位和作用,正确地行使和维护婚姻家庭中的人格权利,可以提高婚姻家庭的生活质量,反之就会使婚姻家庭矛盾频发、纠纷不断。婚姻家庭成员应该充分认识到侵害婚姻家庭中人格权利的表现形式和危害程度,树立独立的人格权利意识,依法维护婚姻家庭中的人格权利。
