基于ARX模型和改进蚁群算法的齿轮箱故障诊断

摘    要:为了提高齿轮箱故障诊断的精度,提出基于ARX模型的齿轮箱建模新方法,从系统固有特性的角度来分析齿轮箱的状态,使用最大最小蚁群算法对反映齿轮箱多变量传递特性的多个特征参量进行特征选择并使用这些特征进行故障诊断。结果表明,该方法既能够有效提高故障诊断的效率和精度,又能有效降低输入条件和负载出现波动对识别结果的影响。

Abstract:In order to improve the precision of gearbox fault diagnosis,this paper puts forward a gearbox modeling method based on ARX model.It analyzes gearbox state from the system's inherent characteristic's,and combines the MAMS algorithm to choose and diagnose from all the features reflecting gearbox transfer characteristic.The result proves that the method can enhance the efficiency and precision of the fault diagnosis and decrease the influence of input parameter and load fluctuation.
