中职护理专业职业道德教育途径探索

职业卫生、护理学校作为社会新增劳动力的主体,其职业道德素质的高低,直接影响着社会的安定和文明,影响着医院、学校的发展。本文主要对当前中职护理专业护生职业道德现状进行分析,提出从情感教育、知识教育、专业教育、社会实践、自我教育等教育途径入手,对中职护理专业护生进行职业道德教育。

Ways of Professional Ethics Education of Secondary Vocational Nursing Majors

As the main body of newly added labouring force,vocational health,nursing school students’ the occupation moral quality directly affects the social stability and civilization and the development of the hospitals and schools.This paper focuses on the reason analysis of present moral situation of the current secondary vocational nursing school students.Based on the previous researches,this paper will make some personal point of view.Give vocational nursing students occupation moral education in stages by the approach of the combination of occupation moral education,social practice education,network education etc.
