| 摘 要： | 兵团基础教育要在改革与发展中办出特色,就必须要深刻凝炼兵团基础教育的经验,把兵团文化中的精华渗透到办学理念中;要把握好政治家办学的高度、教育家办学的维度和实干家办学的力度;要以弘扬兵团精神为主题,大力培育兵团地域特色的校园文化,从思想上解决好"办什么样的学校"这个根本问题,从实践上解决好"培养什么样的人"这个核心问题。

| Abstract: | Bingtuan basic education,to be distinctive,must sift the experience of Bingtuan basic education,and put into practice the best part of it.We should learn from the experience of school running of statemen,educationists,and men of action.We should carry forward Bingtuan spirit and apare no effort to construct campus culture of distinctive Bingtuan local chraceristiscs,ideologically solve the problem of what kind of school to run,and practically solve the central problem of what kind of people to train. |
