摘    要:针对目前常用陶瓷膜通道布置形式存在的问题,提出了一种陶瓷膜新构型,并利用CFD/Fluent软件对纯水在该陶瓷膜构型与传统陶瓷膜构型中的渗透流动过程进行了仿真对比.通过对纯水流动压力及速度变化的分析,得出陶瓷膜新构型能够很好地解决内层通道、外层通道靠近内层通道侧部分对纯水通量贡献不大的问题,提高了纯水通量,对拓展陶瓷膜...

Abstract:A new ceramic membrane configuration is proposed to solve the problems existing in the flow channel layout of the common porous ceramic membrane at present,and seepage of pure water in both the new configuration and the traditional one is contrastively simulated by using CFD/Fluent software.Analysis of water pressure and flow velocity changes of pure water flowing in both ceramic membrane configurations is carried out.The result shows that the new ceramic membrane configuration can be an efficient solution ...
