| 摘 要： | 部队经费管理是财务管理的关键 ,加强宏观调控 ,严格抓制度落实 ,建立健全经费管理监督机制 ,提高财务人员综合素质 ,发挥财务管理职能 ,从而加强部队财务规范化管理 ,使经费投向合理 ,投量节约 ,发挥最大使用效益。

| Abstract: | The key point in the funds management is the accounting management concerning the funds for forces. To do so, the micro-regulations should be stressed, the implementation of the regulations should be carried out, the sound management and supervision system should be established, the quality of accountant staff should be improved and the function of financial management should be exerted to further standardize the financial management and make the best of economical uses of finances and efficiency. |
