聚磷酸铵热分解动力学模型研究

用热重法（TG）对聚磷酸铵的热分解进行了分析。结果表明,聚磷酸铵受热分三步分解,其热分解机理均为三维扩散分解,并用微分法中的Achar法对热分解的数据进行处理,用多种机理方程进行了拟合,得到了聚磷酸铵第一热分解阶段的热分解动力学参数及分解动力学模型。

Study on the Thermal Decomposition Kinetics Models of Ammonium Polyphosphate

Thermal decomposition of ammonium polyphosphate is analyzed by thermogravimetry （TG） method. The results show that the course of thermal decomposition of ammonium polyphosphate is decomposed by three steps, and thermal decomposition mechanism is three dimensional diffusion. In the mean time, achar method is used to deal with the data of thermal decomposition and various mechanism equations are fitted for this process. Finally, the thermal decomposition kinetics parameters in the first part of thermal decomposition and the decomposition kinetics models are obtained.
