人本主义教育思想的德育解读与借鉴

摘    要:人本主义教育思想在教育理念、教育目标、教育过程、教育方法、教育评价等方面均对德育具有借鉴意义。德育的目标指向:培育受教育者的完美人性;实施途径:强调受教育者的直接经验;德育模式:凸显受教育者的主体地位。

A Moral Analysis on the Theory of Humanism Education and Its Proactical Reference

Abstract:The theory of humanism education provides experience and practical reference for moral education regarding the educational thought,the educational purpose,the educational process,the educational method,and the educational evaluation etc. The purpose of moral education is to idealize the humanity of the educated;the effective way is to emphasize the direct experience of the educated;the mode of moral education is to stress the important position of the educated.
