船用锅炉排烟余热利用的研究

摘    要:为了充分利用锅炉排烟余热,可将船用锅炉通风系统中配备一台燃气涡轮,在高负荷时进入烟囱前的锅炉排烟(即从经济器管束排出的烟气)流经该涡轮时所作的功可带动通风系统的压气机,但在低负荷时压气机需由燃气涡轮和辅助汽轮机联合驱动.经对该通风系统的压气机、燃气涡轮和汽轮机进行有关热力计算,结果表明:在锅炉通风系统中采用燃气涡轮来利用进入烟囱前的锅炉排烟余热,可以显著降低锅炉烟囱排烟的温度和节省蒸汽的消耗量.

Abstract:A ventilation system of a boiler used in a ship may be fitted with a gas turbine in order to utilize adequately the remains of heat of the exhaust smoke from the boiler. Under the condition of higher load, the power, which is produced by the exhaust smoke that flows through the gas turbine prior to entering a funnel of the boiler, may drive a compressor in the ventilation system. However, under the condition of lower load, the compressor must be driven by the combination with the gas turbine and a subsidiary steam turbine. This paper has finished the related thermodynamic calculation on the compressor, the gas turbine and the steam turbine in the ventilation system. The results show that the temperature of the exhaust smoke from the funnel and the steam consumption may be cut down remarkably when the gas turbine is used to utilize the remains of heat of exhaust smoke from the boiler in the ventilation system.
