岩棉板增强网薄抹灰外墙外保温系统研究

岩棉板是一种优质高效的外墙外保温材料,它具有良好的保温隔热、吸声、隔声性能,是目前世界上应用范围最广的外墙外保温材料。但是,由于我国前期生产的岩棉板有抗剥离强度小、吸水性大等缺点,从而影响了其在外保温中的推广应用。本研究采用的技术是选用优质高强度岩棉板,采用先进的增强网锚固技术、现浇技术及外保护沙浆抗裂技术,成功地解决了目前国内岩棉板在建筑外墙外保温中应用的技术问题。

A Study of External Wall Thermal Insulation System of Thin Rendering on the Crag Cotton and Kapok Board

The crag cotton and kapok board is one kind of high quality highly effective exterior wall thermal insulation material,and it has the good heat preservation,heat insulation,the sound absorption,the soundproofing performance,is in the wide use around the world.But,some deficiencies such as poor anti-cracking strength and big hygroscopicity affect its wide use in China.This paper studies the technology which uses a selective high quality and high strength crag cotton and kapok board,and which uses the advanced enhancement network anchor technology,the cast-in-place technology and anti-cracking technology.By these techniques,all mentioned problems with the present domestic crag cotton and kapok board are solved.
