| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the public security administrative guidance in terms of administrative legal re- lations law and order, based on the analysis of the nature of the law and order of administrative guidance. It also an- alyzes the features of administrative guidance the administrative law and order, from the perspective of the order of the public security, the initiative and the diversity. This paper makes a theoretical study of its manifestations to be conducive to the fundamental problem of administrative guidance. |
