提高消防部队灭火救援作战能力对策研究

紧紧围绕提高消防部队灭火救援作战能力,从更新灭火与应急救援理念、加大思想政治和职业道德教育力度、加强业务理论知识的培训、增强消防官兵的身体素质和心理素质、提高消防官兵的消防器材装备使用技能、增加现代模拟训练设施建设的投入、开展区域或跨区域性的灭火救援演习、抓好干部队伍建设、完善士官改选和培训制度等九个方面提出具体对策。

A Research on Enhancing the Capability of Fire Fighting and Rescuing of Fire Forces

Focusing on enhancing the capability of fire fighting and rescue of fire forces,this paper proposes nine strategies including updating the idea of firefighting and emergency rescue,increasing the education of the politics and ethics,strengthening the applying of theoretical knowledge,enhancing physical and mental qualities,improving skills to use fire equipment and equipment,increasing the training facilities of modern simulation,developing the regional or inter-regional fire fighting,building a strong team of officers,and improving the system of election and training for noncommissioned officers.
