Problems with Transfering Suspected Arson Cases

It is a delicate problem for the fire investigation institutions to hand over suspected arson cases to the criminal investigation department.This paper,based on regulations and working practice,suggests some key factors to successfully transfer these cases,such as identifying arson suspect characteristics quickly,getting criminal investigation department to be involved in the investigation,regulating the legal process of handling the case,following strictly the laws and regulations.Views such as a joint inquiry and inspection,joint extraction and inspection evidence are proposed.
