| Abstract: | In recent years, a number of theoretical and empirical studies concerning English learning strategies （ELS） have been conducted. However, little investigation has been made on the ELS of the college students in military schools in China. The paper aims to investigate the English learning beliefs held, and the ELS used among Chinese non - English majors in a military school. The future research direction is put forward according to the analysis and explanation of relationship between students＇ English learning beliefs, relationship between students＇ English learning strategies, and relationship between students＇ English learning beliefs and strategies. |
