| 摘 要： | 从教与学的关系讨论人才素质的培养,是军校教学工作值得重视的一个问题。在教学工作中应全面理解素质教育的内涵,坚持教学与科研并重,重视学员创新能力的培养,以及如何评价教员的教学水平等问题进行了探讨。对军校教学工作应如何实施素质教育,怎样发展学员的个性等问题也提出了一些看法。

| Abstract: | To discuss cultivation of cadets' quality from the relation of teaching to learning is a major issue to be stressed in education of military academy. In this paper, discussed some problems including thoroughly understanding the connotation of quality education, putting emphasis on both education and academic research, attaching importance to cultivation of creative talent. In the paper, also provided some opinions of how to evaluate teaching level of faculty, how to apply quality cultivation in education of military academy and how to develop cadets' personality. |
