The rational cognition about disruptive technology’s development

With the United States declaring its focus in developing “third offset strategy”, the world’s major military powers keep up their pace in developing disruptive technologies. Besides, a new worldwide round of “Tri-Revolutions” lays a solid foundation for the further research. Though disruptive technologies are riding tides among developing new weapons, we need to evaluate their potential risks. This article aims to summarize the status quo of disruptive technologies, and analyze the inner regularization of science and technology.
