Self-directed and innovation learning is the new requirement for cadets in further implementing scientific outlook on development in colleges. The core of it is focusing on comprehensive development of cadets, stressing the principal position, encouraging cadets＇ innovation, and stimulating their intrinsic motivation, strengthening the vigour and ability of training.
