The Value and Application of the Teaching Method of Moot Court in the Teaching of Criminal Procedure Law

The teaching method of moot court,which meets the need of practice and operation of the subject of the criminal procedure law,respect students’ position as the subject of study,promote comprehensively their law qualities and innovate the model of law education.In the teaching process of criminal procedure law,it may implement on the basis of five aspects of case selection,assignment of roles,material preparation,rehearsal,trial and comment,according to three stages of court preparation,court moot and court summary.It requires the students to have some legal knowledge and writing ability in the implementation of moot court.
