摘    要:用聚丙烯酸(PAA)和其它有机化合物复配,得到一种新型磷化后处理剂(CH41)。大量试验表明,其性能不低于含铬后处理剂,而且无毒,使用方便。作者利用电化学测试技术和SEM,EDX和XPS等表面分析手段,研究了它的作用机理。

Abstract:When polyacrylic acid,a polyelectrolyte,mixed with certain other organic compounds,a novel post-treatment agent (CH41) is obtained. From a series of tests, it is found that this agent being used on phosphatized steel imparts the performance of protection of metal against corrosion,adhesion strength and mechanical properties not lower than that for chromic com-pounds today used. Furthermore,the agent is non-toxic and facilitated in the production line. The mechanism of its behavior has been studied by means of electrochemical measurements and surface analysis such as SEM,EDX and XPS.
