| 摘 要： | 最近,胡锦涛主席指出,加强网络文化建设和管理关系到国家文化信息的安全和国家的长治久安。要切实把网络建设好,利用好,管理好。胡锦涛主席的重要指示,提出了部队思想文化建设面临的紧迫任务。为配合当前部队开展网络文化建设和管理工作,选编了73041部队的一组文章,供各单位参考。
