摘    要:提出了船舶球鼻首导流罩玻璃钢壳体与船体结构之间的新型连接结构———纤维桩结构和柔性预紧密封螺钉连接结构,即:在钢构架与玻璃钢壳体之间采用纤维桩连接结构,玻璃钢壳体边界与船体搭接板之间采用加橡胶柔性密封的螺钉连接结构。经过导流罩局部模型试验证明,该连接结构能保证导流罩具有足够的强度和水密性,其性能优于现有螺钉连接结构,适合于实船使用。

Abstract:The new type joining structure between GFRP and steel frameworks-the fiber pile joining structure and flexible airproof bolt structure is developed. The fiber pile joining structure is used to connect the GFRP crust with the steel frameworks, and the flexible airproof bolt structure together with rubber is also applied to link the GFRP crust boundary and the plate structure of hulls. In order to test the joining strength and water tightness of the new joining structures, the experiments of partial models are carried out. It is proved that the new joining structure not only maintains the wholeness and water tightness of the crust well, but also has enough strength. Such a new bolt joining structure is better than the old one applied in kuppes of vessels on active service, and it is more adap-(table) for the practical use in vessels.
