摘    要:复杂地形场荣虚拟显示简化技术是可视化领域的研究热点之一。为了满足复杂地形场景显示中实时性和逼真度的要求,根据人的视觉特点,采用与视点相关的四叉树LOD方法,以视距和地形粗糙度为依据来确定地形节点的细节程度,递归地进行四叉树分割,为各节点分配不同的分辨率。根据视距确定由于分辨率不同导致的裂缝缝补方法,有效地实现了地形的简化。

Abstract:How to simplify the virtual display of complex terrain scene is one of the research hot spots in the field of visualization. In order to meet the requirements of real-time and fidelity of complex terrain scene display and based on the vision of human being,quadtree LOD approach is used in this paper. Different details are decided according to view-distance and terrain coarseness. The terrain is parted recursively to plenty of nodes with different resolutions. The cracks caused by different node resolutions are mended with different ways according to view distance. The terrain simplification is attained effectively.
