| Abstract: | Budget management is the center of financial management of colleges and universities.Enhancing the college and university budget management can improve implementation of tasks and projects more smoothly and improve efficient use of capital.This paper will analyze the concept,characteristics,and weaknesses of college and university budget management in order to propose some strategies to enhance the budget management. |
