某型柴油发动机油液监测光谱信息分析

摘    要:运用油液监测技术连续5年对近600台次某型履带式车辆做了跟踪监测,并利用互信息理论对某型柴油发动机的光谱数据进行处理,发现了磨损元素的相关性,得出构成某型柴油发动机的主要磨损元素是铁、硅、铝和铬,比较重要的磨损部位发生在活塞—缸体部位。

Abstract:In the past five years we have been monitoring nearly 600 track vehicles by oil monitoring techniques. The spectral data of Type 150 engine were processed on mutual informatin theory. We found the correlation between wear elements in some of the features, and reached the following conclusions: the main wear elements of Type 150 engine are iron, silicon, aluminum, chromium, and the most important part of it is the piston-cylinder.
